Every year, in the month of October, it is required by law for every company registered in Pakistanto perform these mandatory tasks;

  • Hold Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the outgoing Financial Year   (currently July 01, 2013 – June 30, 2014) on or before 31st October.
  • Getting approved the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company from its shareholders.
  • Appointment and fixation of remuneration of Auditors of the Company (currently for year 2014-15).
